Common use of Option Agent Clause in Contracts

Option Agent. The Company may, by written notice to each Holder of the Option, appoint an agent for the purpose of issuing Common Stock (or Other Securities) on the exercise of this Option pursuant to Section 1, exchanging this Option pursuant to Section 7, and replacing this Option pursuant to Section 8, or any of the foregoing, and thereafter any such issuance, exchange or replacement, as the case may be, shall be made at such office by such agent.

Option Agent. The Company may, by written notice to each Holder of the OptionOptionee, appoint an agent for the purpose of maintaining the Option Register referred to in Section 7(a) above, issuing the Common Stock (or Other Securities) on other securities then issuable upon the exercise of this Option pursuant to Section 1Option, exchanging this Option pursuant to Section 7Option, and replacing this Option pursuant to Section 8Option, or any or all of the foregoing. Thereafter, and thereafter any such registration, issuance, exchange exchange, or replacement, as the case may be, shall be made at such the office by of such agent.
