Common use of Operation of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Operation of this Agreement. This Agreement shall take effect on and from the date of this Agreement. The parties must execute and enter into this Agreement as soon as possible after the Development Consent is granted and prior to the issue of any Construction Certificate for the Development that relates to works contained in DA-325/2020.

The parties must execute and enter into this Agreement as soon as possible after the Development Consent is granted and prior to the issue of any Construction Certificate for the Development that relates to works contained in DA-325/2020DA-68/2017.

The parties must execute and enter into this Agreement as soon as possible after the Development Consent is granted and prior to the issue of any Construction Certificate for the Development that relates to works contained in DA-325/2020.DA-316/2015/B.
