Operation of Maintenance Services of the Sports Dome. Throughout the Term, Contractor shall, subject to any restrictions or limitations set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, perform or cause to be performed all tasks necessary or appropriate in connection with the Maintenance Services. In performing such services Contractor shall, at a minimum, do each of the following:
