Operating Supplies. 7.1 CM shall provide operating supplies as required in the manufacturing process. HP shall provide on consignment all indirect materials unique to HP. 7.2 Any changes to the use of operating supply materials and/or the supplier shall require written approval from HP. Operating supplies which require approval include but shall not be limited to oils, paper for printer testing and label printing ink ribbons. 7.3 Upon termination of this Agreement and/or business relationship for whatever reasons, CM shall return the remaining consigned indirect materials to HP in good condition.
