Common use of Operating Regulations Clause in Contracts

Operating Regulations. Manager acknowledges that as a “permitted Agent” of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bank, the terms of the Network Rules governing an issuer’s relationship with the applicable Network also govern Manager’s relationship with the applicable Network, to the extent applicable, including, for: cardholder obligations, responsibility for fraud, collections and other risks, data security, indemnity and liability, and confidentiality. Manager represents that it has read, agreed and will comply with all terms of the applicable Network Rules, including the foregoing specifically identified provisions as such are provided to Manager by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bank.
