Operating Frequency. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by OpCo, ------------------- the Lessee Radio Facilities shall not be operated at the frequency for which the communications systems of OpCo or any of its Affiliates are currently licensed to operate by the Federal Communications Commission, or which would interfere with the operation of such systems.
