Clean Water The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq. The Contractor agrees to report each violation to the County and understands and agrees that the County will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to the appropriate EPA Regional Office. The Contractor agrees it will not use any violating facilities. It will report the use of facilities placed on or likely to be placed on the U.S. EPA “List of Violating Facilities”. It will report violations of use of prohibited facilities to the appropriate EPA Regional Office. The Contractor also agrees to include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $150,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance.
Open House The administration shall schedule, within each school year, an evening open house not to exceed three (3) hours. Each teacher shall attend this evening open house session. Fulfillment of this provision shall provide each teacher with a half day of compensatory time pursuant to this article.
Compressed Work Week The Company and Union recognize the concept of the compressed work week. It is further understood that the compressed work week conditions will apply only to those departments that are on the compressed work week.
Air and Water The Subrecipient agrees to comply with the following requirements insofar as they apply to the performance of this Agreement: - Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. , 7401, et seq.; - Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C., 1251, et seq., as amended, 1318 relating to inspection, monitoring, entry, reports, and information, as well as other requirements specified in said Section 114 and Section 308, and all regulations and guidelines issued thereunder; - Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations pursuant to 40 CFR Part 50, as amended.
