Common use of Open Meetings Law Clause in Contracts

Open Meetings Law. The School acknowledges and agrees that it is subject to the provisions of the Colorado Open Meetings Law, CRS 24-6-401 et seq., and that it will comply with the provisions of such law in connection with all of its activities. Public notice of all regular and special meetings of the School’s Board of Directors shall be given and posted in accordance with applicable law.
