School Transportation. The Grantee, or any operator of mass transportation acting on its behalf, shall not engage in school bus operations exclusively for the transportation of students or school personnel in competition with private school bus operators, except as provided under 49 USC §5323 (f) and applicable regulations, “School Bus Operations,” set forth at 49 CFR Part 605, as amended. Any school bus agreement entered into under these regulations is incorporated into this Grant by reference.

School Transportation. I give my child, permission to ride the Auburn School Transportation from Auburn Childcare, INC to school and back to the center when school is in session. Once my child leave Auburn Childcare, INC., I understand that the responsibility of my child is then given to the Auburn School District.
School Transportation. Each day, the VENDOR shall deploy approximately sufficient school buses to transport approximately four thousand (4,000) students to and from school. For each Home-to-School route, the pricing system used in the PROPOSAL is based upon the length of day the specific vehicle is in use on behalf of the DISTRICT, including deadhead times as described, and stipulated pre/post trip times. Routes (defined as actual ride time) cannot be longer than sixty (60) minutes in duration. The daily usage shall be determined based upon the scheduled run length as determined by the DISTRICT where the bus is in direct service to the DISTRICT, including a fifteen (15) minute pre/post trip time for each AM, mid- day (if not continuous time), and PM run. The price per bus run shall be $ .
School Transportation. Each party shall be responsible for taking the minor children to school and picking them up from school on those days when either has custody/visitation. For example, on Monday mornings following Xxxx’s weekend custody, he shall transport the children to school. Xxxx’s custody period begins after Xxxx delivers the children to school, so she will pick them up on that day.
School Transportation. Learning Ladder Academy, LLC provides bus transportation for the convenience of elementary school families. Students and parents need to be aware of the expectations and follow the bus rules provided. By complying with these rules we can maximize the potential for a safe, pleasant bus experience for everyone. Bus Rules: • Xxxx the bus driver’s instructions immediately and respectfully. • Eating, drinking or gum chewing are not permitted on the bus. • Profane language, tobacco, alcohol and pets are prohibited. • Students shall remain seated while the bus is in motion. • Students shall respect the property, rights and safety of others. • Students shall refrain from putting their heads, hands, or objects out of the bus window. Learning Ladder Academy, LLC will not be responsible for loss or damage of any personal items brought on the bus. Bus Violations: • Drivers or bus aids shall submit a written bus conduct report of serious or repeated violations to the Director. Parents may be notified. • Serious or repeated violations may result in a limited suspension of bus riding privileges. An official notice will be sent home to the parents. • Serious and/or repeated violations may result in permanent suspension of bus riding privileges for the balance of the school year. An official notice will be sent home to the parents. Any changes in transportation arrangements require at least two week’s notice prior to becoming effective.
School Transportation. For any resident with children enrolled in Somerville schools whose school commute is substantially increased due to the relocation, SHA will reimburse the resident the cost of the additional mileage to transport their child/ren (at the Standard Mileage Rate established by the Internal Revenue Service, 53.5 cents/mile as of January 1, 2017). For households without a vehicle or who are no longer able to transport children to and from school as a result of the relocation, SHA shall arrange and pay for child/ren’s transportation to and from school.
School Transportation. Due to the small size of the school, it is not mandatory for it to offer transportation to students. However, there is a person who offers this service for Escuela Lomas Altas but does not work directly for Escuela Lomas Altas. Please contact the school office for further information.

The price per bus run shall be based on attached Exhibits “A” – “B” – “C” The excess hourly rate shall be based on attached Exhibits “A” – “B” – “C” No routes are to be doubled by Contractor.
