School Transportation. The Grantee, or any operator of mass transportation acting on its behalf, shall not engage in school bus operations exclusively for the transportation of students or school personnel in competition with private school bus operators, except as provided under 49 USC §5323 (f) and applicable regulations, “School Bus Operations,” set forth at 49 CFR Part 605, as amended. Any school bus agreement entered into under these regulations is incorporated into this Grant by reference.

School Transportation. I give my child, permission to ride the Auburn School Transportation from Auburn Childcare, INC to school and back to the center when school is in session. Once my child leave Auburn Childcare, INC., I understand that the responsibility of my child is then given to the Auburn School District.

For each Home-to-School route, the pricing system used in the PROPOSAL is based upon the length of day the specific vehicle is in use on behalf of the DISTRICT, including deadhead times as described, and stipulated pre/post trip times. An official notice will be sent home to the parents. • Serious and/or repeated violations may result in permanent suspension of bus riding privileges for the balance of the school year. An official notice will be sent home to the parents. Any changes in transportation arrangements require at least two week’s notice prior to becoming effective.
School Transportation. For any resident with children enrolled in Somerville schools whose school commute is substantially increased due to the relocation, SHA will reimburse the resident the cost of the additional mileage to transport their child/ren (at the Standard Mileage Rate established by the Internal Revenue Service, 53.5 cents/mile as of January 1, 2017). For households without a vehicle or who are no longer able to transport children to and from school as a result of the relocation, SHA shall arrange and pay for child/ren’s transportation to and from school.

The price per bus run shall be based on attached Exhibits “A” – “B” – “C” The excess hourly rate shall be based on attached Exhibits “A” – “B” – “C” No routes are to be doubled by Contractor.
