OP Responsibilities. The OP shall have the sole authority over matters involving academic curriculum and the instructional program. In accordance with Section 11.01, OP shall have sole authority to select, reassign at the School, or request removal by the District of District employees who are assigned to the School. OP shall have sole authority to hire or terminate OP’s employees. OP must employ at least one employee with responsibility for oversight of the School.
