Online Training. 17.2.1 The Association agrees to participate in ongoing University sponsored programs which discuss the problems inherent in such relationships. All adjunct professors shall attend one such program or seminar. 17.2.2 Effective Fall 2019, all active PHP members who have completed the online sexual and unlawful harassment training every two (2) calendar years, will be compensated at the appropriate hourly rate per the NTAs Job Profiles, Descriptions, and Pay Ranges (Appendix 7). 17.2.3 Stipends will be paid in one of the March paychecks during the Spring semester and in one of the October paychecks in the Fall semester. 17.2.4 Adjunct professors can complete the training during their office hours. 17.2.5 Failure to complete the training in the semester assigned will impact an adjunct’s course offerings the following semester.
