Ongoing Employees. As at the first pay after 1 December each year, all ongoing employees will be eligible to advance one pay point within their substantive classification, provided: a. they have received a performance rating of satisfactory or greater; b. they are not at the maximum pay point for their substantive classification level; and c. they have had 3 months or more service at their current pay point (or higher) during the previous 12 months. This service is not to include periods of leave without pay totalling 14 or more calendar days.
