International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where EveryCall has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to EveryCall. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for EveryCall (e.g. hairpinning):
Destination CSU-Pueblo scholarship This articulation transfer agreement replaces all previous agreements between CCA and CSU-Pueblo in Bachelor of Science in Physics (Secondary Education Emphasis). This agreement will be reviewed annually and revised (if necessary) as mutually agreed.
BUY AMERICA REQUIREMENT (Applies only to Federally Funded Highway and Transit Projects) With respect to products purchased by Customer for use in federally funded highway projects, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such projects, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 23 U.S.C. Section 313, 23 C.F.R. Section 635.410, as amended, and the Steel and Iron Preference provisions of Texas Transportation Code Section 223.045, to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. With respect to products purchased by Customer for use in federally funded transit projects, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such projects, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 49 U.S.C. Section 5323(j)(1), 49 C.F.R. Sections 661.6 or 661.12, to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs.
Supplier Selection If Customer selects a seat or galley supplier that is not on the Boeing recommended list, such seat or galley will become BFE and the provisions of Exhibit A, Buyer Furnished Equipment Provisions Document, of the AGTA will apply.
