Where Comcast. Phone has reserved multiple Loop facilities on a single reservation, Comcast Phone may not specify which facility shall be provisioned when submitting the LSR. For those occasions, BellSouth will assign to Comcast Phone, subject to availability, a facility that meets the BellSouth technical standards of the BellSouth type Loop as ordered by Comcast Phone.
Where Comcast. Phone has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities 1. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to any spare copper that exists to the customer premises. 2. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to an existing DLC that is not integrated. 3. If capacity exists, provide "side-door" porting through the switch. 4. If capacity exists, provide "Digital Access Cross Connect System (DACS)- door" porting (if the IDLC routes through a DACS prior to integration into the switch).
Where Comcast. Phone is purchasing Resale services BellSouth shall utilize BellSouth's service order generated from Comcast Phone LSR's to populate LIDB with Comcast Phone's End User information BellSouth provides access to information in its LIDB, including Comcast Phone End User information, to various providers of Telecommunications Services via queries to LIDB pursuant to applicable tariffs. Information stored for Comcast Phone, pursuant to this Agreement, shall be available to those Telecommunications Service providers. 11.2.1 When necessary for fraud control measures, BellSouth may perform additions, updates and deletions of Comcast Phone data to the LIDB (e.g., calling card deactivation).

If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for Comcast Phone (e.g. hairpinning): 1. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to any spare copper that exists to the customer premises. 2. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to an existing DLC that is not integrated. 3. If capacity exists, provide "side-door" porting through the switch. 4. If capacity exists, provide "Digital Access Cross Connect System (DACS)- door" porting (if the IDLC routes through a DACS prior to integration into the switch).
