Common use of On-the-Job Injury Clause in Contracts

On-the-Job Injury. 15.1 Any regular employee covered by this Agreement who sustains a temporary or permanent disability as a result of accidental injury in the course of and arising out of employment by the Board shall receive all benefits required by the Worker's Compensation Laws of the State of Florida.

On-the-Job Injury. 15.1 22.1 Any regular employee covered by this Agreement agreement who sustains a temporary or permanent disability as a result of accidental injury in the course of and arising out of employment by the Board County shall receive all benefits required by the Worker's Workers' Compensation Laws of the State of Florida. However, benefits will not be paid to an individual who sustains any injury as a result of his/her usage of drugs or alcohol. Any employee so injured must report the accident to his/her supervisor within the normal work day of the known injury.
