Common use of Offsite Services Clause in Contracts

Offsite Services. All Health Care provided to TDCJ offender patients outside of the TDCJ Unit including outpatient services, emergency services, hospitalization, and inpatient services and those pharmacy services provided to TDCJ Units for medically necessary prescription and over-the-counter drugs.
