Official Tax Xxxx. With respect to the portion of Taxes for which Tenant is responsible under Section 3.1(b) or 3.1(c)(ii), the official tax xxxx or return shall be presumptive evidence of the amount of Taxes levied, assessed or imposed, as well as of the items taxed. Upon request by Tenant, Landlord shall furnish Tenant with a reproduced copy of the tax xxxx for the Taxes for the current or next succeeding Tax Year.
