Offers of Employment. 20.1 For the duration of the Contract and for a period of twelve (12) Months thereafter neither the CLIENT nor the SERVICE PROVIDER shall employ or offer employment to any of the other Party’s staff who have been associated with the procurement and/or the contract management of the Services without that other Party’s prior Approval.
