Orderly Transition. In the event of any termination or expiration of this Agreement, Property Manager shall use its best efforts to effect an orderly transition of the management and operation of the Property to an agent designated by Owner and to cooperate with such agent. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, Property Manager’s rights, if any, to withdraw funds from any account which contains funds collected in connection with the Property shall terminate. Property Manager shall remove all signs that it may have placed at the Property containing its name and repair any resulting damage. In addition, Property Manager shall deliver the following to Owner on or before thirty (30) days following the termination or expiration date:
Orderly Transition. The parties shall cooperate to achieve an orderly transition of operations from Seller to Company without interruption, including delivery of such books and records (or copies thereof) as Company reasonably requires.

Orderly Transition. Buyer shall employ each Employee who accepts Buyer's offer of employment. Seller agrees to use its reasonable efforts to assist Buyer in the orderly transition to Buyer of any such Employees. Each such accepting Employee shall, from the Effective Time, be known as an "Acquired Employee".
Orderly Transition. In the event of any termination of this Agreement, Property Manager shall (a) immediately (or at such later date as Owner may designate in its sole discretion) deliver to Owner all files and documents in Property Manager's possession relating to the Property and all existing and prospective tenants of the Property, and (b) cooperate with Owner, BPOP and any replacement Property Manager designated by Owner to effect an orderly transition of the management and operation of the Property to Property Manager's replacement. The obligations set forth in this Section 10.5 shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Orderly Transition. On any termination of this Contract under Section 9, the Contractor will co-operate with OPG to ensure an orderly transition of the provision of all Work to OPG or to such party as OPG may direct so as to ensure that any disruptions to the project caused by the termination are minimized.
Orderly Transition. In the event this Agreement is terminated by either party, Agent covenants and agrees to act in good faith in making an orderly transition to its successor agent of the duties performed hereunder; provided, however, that Agent shall not be obligated to incur and costs in connection with such transition. In connection with this transaction, Agent further covenants and agrees to provide Owner with any and all documents and records maintained by Agent during the term of this Agreement incidental to the performance of its duties hereunder.
Orderly Transition. Upon the termination or expiration of ------------------ this Agreement for any reason, RMH and MCI agree to exercise their best efforts to perform an orderly and efficient transition to a successor provider of Services.
Orderly Transition. Following Closing, Seller shall cooperate ------------------ with Buyer to effect an orderly transition of employees to other facilities and as otherwise Buyer may deem to be necessary or desirable.
Orderly Transition. In the event of any termination of this Agreement, Manager shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to effect an orderly transition of the management and operation of the Property to Owner or an agent designated by Owner and to cooperate with Owner, at Owner’s expense, or such agent.
