Common use of Off-Site Training Clause in Contracts

Off-Site Training. Employees who attend training away from the plant, in excess of their normal commute, will be reimbursed for reasonable travel time and excess mileage at the rate of 42¢/Km. Training to the extent possible will be scheduled within normal working hours.
