Occupational Safety, Health and Education. The Employer and the Union hereby agree to be bound and abide by all of the terms and provisions of the Trust Agreement of the Local Union 104 Occupational Safety, Health and Education Trust Fund, and all amendments thereto during the term of this Agreement or any renewal or extension thereof. The Trust Fund shall be administered by the Board of Trustees consisting of any equal number of representatives of the Employer and the Union. The Employer agrees to contribute to the said trust fund within fifteen (15) days of the end of the pay period, or at such times as the trustees shall hereinafter direct.
