Observations Prior To Unsatisfactory Rating. At least three scheduled classroom observations will take place before a unit member is given an unsatisfactory summative evaluation. However, an unsatisfactory evaluation may be issued after three scheduled classroom observations even though the unsatisfactory conduct or performance was not observed in the classroom, provided that it was documented by the evaluator and shared with the unit member.
