OBSERVANCE OF STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS. 41.1 The Partners shall comply and ensure that their employees, agents and sub-contractors shall comply with all the relevant legal provisions, whether in the form of orders, regulations, statutes, statutory instruments, codes of practice, bye laws, directions or governmental guidance or the like, to be performed in connection with this Partnership arrangements under this Agreement.
