Obligations of the Principal Contractor. I. The Principal Contractor shall from time to time provide to the Contract Carrier trailer/s for some of the jobs and the Principal Contractor shall take out appropriate insurance with respect any trailer/s which it elects to provide to the Contract Carrier. The Principal Contractor shall not provide the Contract Carrier with a trailer which is not covered by the appropriate insurance.
