Obligations of the NRANVP. In addition to any of its other obligations under this Agreement, during the Development period, the NRANVP shall: a Grant permission and consent to Lessee, to develop the land required for the development of the Project. The Project Land shall be made available to the Lessee by NRANVP free from all encumbrances and occupations.
