Common use of Obligations of the City Clause in Contracts

Obligations of the City. A. The City shall pay Consultant an amount not to exceed $202,525.00 for all work necessary to complete the Services, as described in the Scope of Services and Rates Schedule. Payments shall be due within thirty (30) days following submittal of an invoice detailing the services performed, at the hourly rates set forth in Exhibit A.

Payments shall be due within thirty (30) days following submittal completion of an invoice detailing each Task, in the services performed, at the hourly rates amounts set forth in Exhibit A.

The City shall pay Consultant an amount not to exceed $202,525.00 150,000 for all work necessary to complete the Services, as described in the Scope of Services and Rates ScheduleCost Proposal. Payments shall be due within thirty (30) days following submittal of an invoice detailing the services performed, at the hourly rates set forth in Exhibit A.
