NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. Tenant agrees that the demised premises shall be occupied by no more than 2 3 4 persons consisting of 2 3 4 adults and _ children under the age of 18 years, without written consent of the Landlord. Guests of Tenant may occupy demised premises no longer than 3 days in any one calendar month. Longer stay by guests must be pre-approved by Landlord.
