NSW. Each employee shall be entitled to two months long service leave on ordinary pay after ten years' service; thereafter additional long service leave shall accrue on the basis of five months long service leave for each ten years' service. This additional leave may be taken on a pro-rata basis each five years after completing the initial 10 year period of service.
NSW. 10.11.1 This agreement is governed by and must be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales.
