Common use of NSW Clause in Contracts

NSW. Each employee shall be entitled to two months long service leave on ordinary pay after ten years' service; thereafter additional long service leave shall accrue on the basis of five months long service leave for each ten years' service. This additional leave may be taken on a pro-rata basis each five years after completing the initial 10 year period of service.

Each employee shall be entitled to two 2 months long service leave on ordinary pay after ten years' service; thereafter additional long service leave shall accrue on the basis of five 5 months long service leave for each ten 10 years' service. This additional leave may be taken on a pro-rata basis each five 5 years after completing the initial 10 10- year period of service.
