Common use of NSW Clause in Contracts

NSW. 10.11.1 This agreement is governed by and must be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. 10.11.2 Each party: (a) irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and all courts which have jurisdiction to hear appeals from those courts; and (b) waives any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts for any reason.
