Common use of NOW IT IS AGREED as follows Clause in Contracts

The parties agree that the funding agreement made by them on 22 July 2019 for the Commonwealth to provide funding to the University under the Commonwealth Grant Scheme in respect of the grant years 2018, 2019 and 2020 shall terminate on the date on which this Funding Agreement is made.
