In accordance with Visa Operating Rules and Regulations, you will receive a provisional credit for Visa Check Card losses for unauthorized use within five (5) business days after you have notified us of the loss. This does not apply to ATM transactions using a PIN(s).

  • Errors, Questions, and Complaints a. In case of errors or questions about your transactions, you should as soon as possible contact us as set forth in Section 6 of the General Terms above.

  • Errors or Questions If you think your statement or any account or transaction information reflected on Online Banking is wrong or if you need more information about a listed transfer CALL US IMMEDIATELY at Online Banking Support. If you cannot reach us by telephone, you may send us a message through the Secure Online Message Center, but that is not the fastest way of contacting us. Alternatively, you may visit your local branch or write us at the address for disputes provided below or in your Cardholder Agreement. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we make available to you the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared. When you notify us: (i) tell us your name and account number, (ii) describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about (including the date it occurred), and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you need more information, and (iii) tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and do not receive it within ten (10) business days, we may not provisionally credit your account. For errors involving new accounts, we may take up to 90 days to investigate your complaint or question. For new accounts, we may take up to 20 business days to credit your account for the amount you think is in error. We will tell you the results within three (3) business days after completing our investigation. If we decide there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation.

  • Your Instructions You must accurately describe transaction beneficiaries, intermediary financial institutions, and the beneficiary’s financial institution in transfer and payment instructions. If you describe any beneficiary or institution inconsistently by name and number, other institutions and we may process the transaction solely on the basis of the number, even if the number identifies a person or entity different from the named beneficiary or institution.

  • Accuracy and data minimisation (a) Each Party shall ensure that the personal data is accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date. The data importer shall take every reasonable step to ensure that personal data that is inaccurate, having regard to the purpose(s) of processing, is erased or rectified without delay.

  • Provisions for Covered Entity to Inform Business Associate of Privacy Practices and Restrictions (a) Covered Entity shall notify Business Associate of any limitation(s) in the notice of privacy practices of Covered Entity under 45 CFR 164.520, to the extent that such limitation may affect Business Associate’s use or disclosure of protected health information.
