Prior to paralleling to or after disconnecting from the electric system, ALWAYS follow your balancing authority rules and notify your applicable Transmission/Distribution Owner local switching center and notify Buyer’s Real Time Desk by telephone as follows: • Contact the applicable Transmission/Distribution Owner local switching center and Buyer’s Real Time Desk to parallel before any start-up • Contact the applicable Transmission/Distribution Owner local switching center and Buyer’s Real Time Desk again with parallel time after start-up. • Contact the applicable Transmission/Distribution Owner local switching center and Xxxxx’s Real Time Desk after any separation and report the separation time as well as the date and time estimate for return to service.
