Notification of Variance or Deficiency. Construction Manager is responsible for assisting the Project Designers in ascertaining that the Construction Documents are in accordance with applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, building codes, rules and regulations. If the Construction Manager recognizes that portions of the Construction Documents are at variance with applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, building codes, rules and regulations it will promptly notify the Project Designers and City in writing, describing the apparent variance or deficiency.
