Notification of Restrictions to Use or Disclosure of PHI. Covered Entity will notify Business Associate of any restriction to the use or disclosure of PHI that Covered Entity has agreed to in accordance with 45 C.F.R § 164.522, to the extent that such restriction may affect Business Associate’s use or disclosure of PHI. Covered Entity will provide such notice no later than (15) days prior to the effective date of the restriction. If Business Associate reasonably believes that any restriction agreed to by Covered Entity pursuant to this Section may materially impair Business Associate’s ability to perform its obligations under the Underlying Agreement of this BAA, the Parties will mutually agree upon any necessary modification of Business Associate’s obligations under such agreements.

Customer will notify McKesson of any restriction to the use or disclosure of PHI that Customer has agreed to in accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.522 or 42 U.S.C. § 17935(a), to the extent that such restriction may affect McKesson’s use or disclosure of PHI. Customer will provide such notice no later than 15 days prior to the effective date of the restriction. If McKesson reasonably believes that any restriction agreed to by Customer pursuant to this Section may materially impair McKesson’s ability to perform its obligations under the Agreement or this BAA, the parties will mutually agree upon any necessary modification of McKesson’s obligations under such agreements.

Customer will notify AZCOMP of any restriction to the use or disclosure of PHI that Customer has agreed to in accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.522 or 42 U.S.C. § 17935(a), to the extent that such restriction may affect AZCOMP’s use or disclosure of PHI. Customer will provide such notice no later than 15 days prior to the effective date of the restriction. If AZCOMP reasonably believes that any restriction agreed to by Customer pursuant to this Section may materially impair AZCOMP’s ability to perform its obligations under any Agreement(s) or this BAA, the parties will mutually agree upon any necessary modification of AZCOMP’s obligations under such agreements.

Covered Entity shall notify Business Associate of any restriction to the use or disclosure of PHI that Covered Entity has agreed to in accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.522, to the extent that such restriction may affect Business Associate’s use or disclosure of PHI.

IEHP agrees that it will make its best efforts to promptly notify Business Associate in writing of any restrictions, limitations, or changes on the use, access and disclosure of PHI and/or ePHI agreed to by IEHP in accordance with 42 U.S.C. § 17935(a), that may affect Business Associate’s ability to perform its obligations under the Underlying Agreement, or this Agreement.

Covered Entity shall notify NORCAL of any restriction to the use or disclosure of PHI that Covered Entity has agreed to in accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.522, to the extent that such restriction may affect NORCAL’s use or disclosure of PHI. Covered Entity shall provide such notice no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the effective date of the restriction. If NORCAL reasonably believes that any restriction agreed to by Covered Entity pursuant to this Section may materially impair NORCAL’s ability to perform its obligations under the Underlying Agreement or this BAA, the Parties shall mutually agree upon any necessary modification of NORCAL’s obligations under such agreements.

Covered Entity shall notify FDI of any restriction to the use or disclosure of PHI that Covered Entity has agreed to in accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.522, to the extent that such restriction may affect FDI’s use or disclosure of PHI. Covered Entity shall provide such notice no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the effective date of the restriction. If FDI reasonably believes that any restriction agreed to by Covered Entity pursuant to this Section may materially impair FDI’s ability to perform its obligations under the Underlying Agreement or this BAA, the Parties shall mutually agree upon any necessary modification of FDI’s obligations under such agreements.
Notification of Restrictions to Use or Disclosure of PHI. Covered Entity shall notify Business Associate of any restriction upon the use or disclosure of Protected Health Information that Covered Entity has agreed to in accordance with 45 CFR § 164.522 or 42 U.S.C. § 17935(a), to the extent that such restriction may affect Business Associate’s use or disclosure of Protected Health Information. Covered Entity shall provide such notice no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the effective date of the restriction.
Notification of Restrictions to Use or Disclosure of PHI. Zoom shall notify Business Associate of any restriction to the use or disclosure of PHI that Zoom has agreed to in accordance with 45 CFR Section 164.522, to the extent that the restriction may affect Business Associate’s use or disclosure of PHI. Zoom shall provide such notice no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the restriction effective date.
Notification of Restrictions to Use or Disclosure of PHI. Healthcare Provider will promptly notify Business Associate of any restriction to the use or disclosure of PHI that Healthcare Provider has agreed to in accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.522, to the extent that such restriction may affect Business Associate’s use or disclosure of PHI.
