Disclosure of Restrictive Covenants. The Executive agrees to disclose the existence and terms of the Restrictive Covenants to any employer that the Executive may work for during the Restricted Period.
Disclosure of Restrictive Covenants. The Executive agrees to disclose in advance the existence and terms of the restrictions and covenants contained in this Section 6 to any employer or other service recipient by whom the Executive may be employed or retained during the Restricted Period.

During the Restricted Period, in connection with the Executive’s seeking of future employment, prior to accepting an offer of employment, the Executive shall provide a prospective employer (in confidence) with a copy of the restrictive covenants set forth in Sections 6 and 7 of this Agreement (including, without limitation, under the Employment Covenants Agreement or Non-Compete Agreement contemplated therein).
Disclosure of Restrictive Covenants. Should the Grantee’s employment with Company terminate, and should the Grantee thereafter seek new employment, the Grantee agrees to disclose the existence of this Section 16 to any prospective employer engaged in a Competing Business. The Grantee further agrees that if the Grantee obtains new employment, the Company may notify the Grantee’s new employer(s) of the Grantee’s obligations under Section 16 of this Agreement. The Grantee further agrees to notify the Company if the Grantee engages in any conduct that would constitute a potential breach of the terms of Section 16 of this Agreement.
Disclosure of Restrictive Covenants. Employee agrees to disclose the existence and terms of the restrictive covenants set forth in Section 11 to any employer that Employee may work for during the Restricted Period. Employee further agrees that the Company has the right to make such disclosure to any future employer of Employee or for any other legitimate business purpose.
Disclosure of Restrictive Covenants. Xx. Xxxx agrees to disclose the existence and terms of the Restrictive Covenants to any entity to whom Xx. Xxxx provides services during the Restricted Period.
