Notification of Assignment for the Next School Year. a. Teachers shall be notified in writing not later than one week prior to the last teacher work day of their anticipated programs for the coming school year, including the schools to which they are expected to be assigned, the grades and/or subjects that they will teach, and any special or unusual classes that they will have. In the case of unanticipated changes, teachers shall be notified in writing as soon as possible.
