Contract Copies As soon as practical following the signing of this Contract, the City and the Lodge shall have printed, in booklet form, two thousand five hundred (2,500) copies of this Contract, three hundred (300) copies of which shall be provided to the City and the remainder shall be provided to the Lodge. The actual cost of printing this Contract, and any future printing beyond the two thousand five hundred (2,500) copies in an amount the parties may later agree is necessary, shall be shared equally by the City and the Lodge. The Lodge shall be responsible for distributing copies to members of the bargaining units.
Backup Copies You may also make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.

Back-up Copies Customer may make a reasonable number of copies of the installed Software solely for back-up purposes. All copies of the Software, including translations, compilations and partial copies, are governed by this Agreement.
Agreement Copies The City and the Union will jointly select a printer to print copies of the final signed version of this Agreement. The City will pay for the number of copies it orders for use by City administrative personnel, and CWA will pay for the number of copies it orders for distribution to bargaining unit employees.

Copies of Notices to Owner Wherever the Contract Documents provide that a copy of any notice, request, or demand filed with the Design Professional by the Contractor shall be furnished to the Owner, such notice, request, or demand shall not become effective until the Owner has received his copy. No notice in writing or given orally to the Design Professional or to the Contract Compliance Specialist is notice to the Owner unless copy of the aforesaid notice in writing shall have been properly served upon the Owner at the address shown in the Contract.
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION & NOTICES Except for legal notices, the parties hereby designate the following contract administrators as the respective single points of contact for purposes of this Master Contract. Enterprise Services’ contract administrator shall provide Master Contract oversight. Contractor’s contract administrator shall be Contractor’s principal contact for business activities under this Master Contract. NYS OFFICE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES NOTIFICATION All New York State Agencies must notify the Office of Information Technology Services of any and all plans to procure IT and IT -related products, materials and services meeting required thresholds defined in Technology Policy NYS–P08-001: xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/sites/default/files/documents/NYS-P08-001.pdf, as may be amended, modified or superseded. SALES REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Contractor shall furnish OGS with quarterly sales reports utilizing Appendix I - Report of Contract Sales. Purchases by Non- State Agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law shall be reported in the same report and indicated as required. All fields of information shall be accurate and complete. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes and/or updates to Appendix I - Report of Contract Sales or to require sales to be reported in a different format without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. Further, additional related sales information and/or detailed Authorized User purchases may be required by OGS and must be supplied upon request. Reseller Sales Product sold through Reseller(s) must be reported by Contractor in the required Appendix I – Report of Contract Sales. Due Date The Appendix I - Report of Contract Sales will be quarterly (January - March, April - June, July - September and October - December). Reports will be due 1 month after the closing quarter. SERVICE REPORTS FOR MAINTENANCE/SUPPORT AND WARRANTY WORK Service Reports for Authorized User An Authorized User in an RFQ may require compliance with any or all of this section. If requested by the Authorized User, the Contractor shall furnish the Authorized User with service reports for all Maintenance/support and warranty work upon completion of the services. The service reports may include the following information in either electronic or hard copy form as designated by the Authorized User: Date and time Contractor was notified Date and time of Contractor’s arrival Make and model of the Product Description of malfunction reported by Authorized User Diagnosis of failure and/or work performed by Contractor Date and time failure was corrected by Contractor Type of service – Maintenance/support or warranty Charges, if any, for the service Service Reports for OGS
