Common use of Notices of any Clause in Contracts

Notices of any. kind to be given to the Sub-Advisor by the Advisor shall be in writing and shall be duly given if mailed or delivered to the Sub-Advisor at 000 Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX0X 0XX, Xxxxxxx, or at such other address or to such individual as shall be specified by the Sub-Advisor to the Fund or the Advisor. Notices of any kind to be given to the Fund or the Advisor by the Sub-Advisor shall be in writing and shall be duly given if mailed or delivered to 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Birmingham, Michigan 48009, or at such other address or to such individual as shall be specified by the Fund or the Advisor to the Sub-Advisor.
