Common use of Notices of any Clause in Contracts

Notices of any. kind to be given to the Sub-Advisor by the Advisor shall be in writing and shall be duly given if mailed or delivered to the Sub-Advisor at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or at such other address or to such individual as shall be specified by the Sub-Advisor to the Fund or the Advisor. Notices of any kind to be given to the Fund or the Advisor by the Sub-Advisor shall be in writing and shall be duly given if mailed or delivered to ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Birmingham, Michigan 48009, or at such other address or to such individual as shall be specified by the Fund or the Advisor to the Sub-Advisor.
