Notices/Approvals to Be In Writing. Any notice, request, approval, consent, demand or other communication required or permitted hereunder shall be given in writing by (A) personal delivery; or (B) expedited delivery service with proof of delivery; or (C) United States Mail, postage prepaid, registered or certified mail, return receipt requested; or (D) prepaid telegram, facsimile, or telex, sent to the Company at the address set forth in Section 1.5 and/or the party to whom the communication is directed at the address set forth on Exhibit A, or to such different address as the addressee shall have designated by written notice sent in accordance herewith, and shall be deemed to have been given and received either at the time of personal delivery or, in the case of delivery service or mail, as of the date of first attempted delivery at the address and in the manner provided herein, or in the case of such a confirmed telegram, facsimile, or telex, upon receipt.
