Common use of Notice to Taxing Authorities and Insurance Companies Clause in Contracts

Notice to Taxing Authorities and Insurance Companies. The Interim Servicer shall transmit to the applicable taxing authorities and insurance companies (including primary mortgage insurance policy insurers, if applicable) and/or agents, notification of the transfer of the servicing to the Purchaser, or its designee, and instructions to deliver all notices, tax bills and insurance statements, as the case may be, to the Purchaser or its designee from and after the related Transfer Date. The Interim Servicer shall provide the Purchaser and its designee with copies of all such notices no later than the related Transfer Date.
