Notice to Mortgagors. The Seller shall mail to the Mortgagor of each related Mortgage Loan a letter advising such Mortgagor of the transfer of the servicing of the related Mortgage Loan to the Purchaser, or its designee, in accordance with the Cranston Gonzales National Affordable Housing Act of 1990 at least 15 dxxx xxxxx xx xxx related Transfer Date; provided, however, the content and format of the letter shall have the prior approval of the Purchaser. The Seller shall provide the Purchaser with copies of all such related notices no later than the related Transfer Date.

The Servicer shall mail to the Mortgagor of each Mortgage a letter advising the Mortgagor of the transfer of the Servicing of the related Mortgage Loan to the Successor Servicer in accordance with the Cranston Gonzales National Affordable Housing Act of 1990, xx xxxxxxx; xxxxided, however, the content and format of the letter shall have the prior approval of the Successor Servicer. The Servicer shall provide the Owner with copies of all such notices no later than the related Servicing Transfer Date.
Notice to Mortgagors. The Servicer shall mail to the Mortgagor of each related Mortgage Loan a letter advising such Mortgagor of the transfer of the servicing of the related Mortgage Loan to the Owner, or its designee, in accordance with RESPA; provided, however, such letters shall be in the form mutually agreed upon by the Owner and the Servicer prior to a pending transfer.

The Servicer shall mail to the Mortgagor of each Mortgage a letter advising the Mortgagor of the transfer of the Servicing of the related Mortgage Loan to the successor servicer in accordance with the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx National Affordable Housing Act of 1990; provided, however, the content and format of the letter shall have the prior approval of the successor servicer. The Servicer shall provide the Owner with electronic data information of a sample of notices no later than the related Transfer Out Date.
Notice to Mortgagors. The Owner shall cause to be provided to each Mortgagor a “Notice of assignment, sale or transfer of servicing” to the Servicer. Upon boarding of each Mortgage Loan originated by a third-party originator, the Servicer shall deliver to each related Mortgagor a “Welcome Letter” in accordance with RESPA and Accepted Servicing Practices.

The Seller shall cause the Interim Servicer to provide the Purchaser with copies of all such related notices.
