Mortgage Schedules. The Seller from time to time shall provide the Purchaser with certain information constituting a preliminary listing of the Mortgage Loans to be purchased on each Closing Date in accordance with the related Purchase Price and Terms Agreement and this Agreement (each, a "Preliminary Mortgage Schedule"). The Seller shall deliver the related Mortgage Loan Schedule for the Mortgage Loans to be purchased on a particular Closing Date to the Purchaser at least five (5) Business Days prior to the related Closing Date. The related Mortgage Loan Schedule shall be the related Preliminary Mortgage Schedule with those Mortgage Loans which have not been funded prior to the related Closing Date deleted.

Mortgage Schedules. At least four (4) Business Days prior to the related Funding Deadline, the Seller shall deliver to the Purchaser the Information Diskette and all other information agreed to be provided by the Seller in the definition of Information Diskette or in the Purchase Price and Terms Letter with respect to each Mortgage Loan, which Information Diskette, with all other applicable information given by the Seller to the Purchaser, shall be used to prepare the Mortgage Loan Schedule listing the Mortgage Loans to be purchased on such Closing Date. Such Mortgage Loans shall conform to the terms set forth in the related Purchase Price and Terms Letter and, to the extent not consistent with the related Purchase Price and Terms Letter and this Agreement, any Mortgage Loans which do not so conform shall, at the Purchaser’s option, be deleted from the Mortgage Loan Schedule prior to the related Closing Date, and, pursuant to Subsection 7.04 of this Agreement, may be replaced by a Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loan (or Mortgage Loans).

On the date which is two (2) days prior to the related Closing Date (the "Schedule Delivery Date"), the Seller shall deliver to the Purchaser a schedule of the Mortgage Loans to be purchased by the Purchaser on the related Closing Date (the "Mortgage Loan Schedule") which shall be the Preliminary Mortgage Schedule excluding (a) any mortgage loans which have prepaid in full during the period from the related Cut-off Date to the related Schedule Delivery Date ("Prepaid Mortgage Loans") and (b) those Mortgage Loans which have not been funded prior to the related Closing Date. The Purchaser shall have no obligation to purchase such Prepaid Mortgage Loans.
