Notice to Taxing Authorities and Insurance Companies. The Seller shall cause the Originator to transmit to the applicable taxing authorities and insurance companies (including primary mortgage insurance policy insurers, if applicable) and/or agents, notification of the transfer of the servicing to the Purchaser, or its designee, and instructions to deliver all notices, tax bills and insurance statements, as the case may be, to the Purchaser from and after the related Transfer Date. The Seller shall cause the Originator to provide the Purchaser with copies of all such notices no later than such Transfer Date.
