Notice to Executive. The requirements of Section 6(b) do not apply to any Invention (i) for which no equipment, supplies, facility or trade secret information of the Company was used, (ii) which was developed entirely on the Executive’s own time, (iii) which does not relate directly to the Company’s businesses or to the Company’s actual or demonstrably anticipated research or development, and (iv) which does not result from any work the Executive performed for the Company.
