NOTICE PRIOR TO WORK. Except as provided in Section 11, Tenant shall provide thirty (30) days notice to Landlord prior to the performance by Tenant, Tenant's Agents or contractors of any repairs, renovation and/or major structural or mechanical systems maintenance, to the Premises. Such notice shall include a detailed description of the work contemplated. Tenant shall not perform, or cause to be performed, any such repair, renovation and/or maintenance without the written consent of Landlord, and, if such consent is granted, the repair, renovation and/or maintenance must be performed in accordance with the terms of Landlord's consent.
