Notice of Successor Trustee. Upon acceptance of appointment by a successor trustee as provided herein, the Company shall cause to be mailed notice of the succession of such trustee hereunder to the SVS Holders. If the Shareholders or the Company shall fail to cause such notice to be mailed within ten (10) days after acceptance of appointment by the successor trustee, the successor trustee shall cause such notice to be mailed at the expense of the Shareholders and the Company.
Notice of Successor Trustee. Upon acceptance of appointment by a successor trustee as provided herein, Acquiror and ExchangeCo shall cause to be mailed notice of the succession of such trustee hereunder to each Beneficiary specified in a List. If Acquiror or ExchangeCo shall fail to cause such notice to be mailed within ten days after acceptance of appointment by the successor trustee, the successor trustee shall cause such notice to be mailed at the expense of Acquiror and ExchangeCo.

If the Parent or the Purchaser shall fail to cause such notice to be mailed within ten (10) days after acceptance of appointment by the successor trustee, the successor trustee shall cause such notice to be mailed at the expense of the Parent and the Purchaser.

If Patch or Exchangeco shall fail to cause such notice to be mailed within ten (10) days after acceptance of appointment by the successor Trustee, the successor Trustee shall cause such notice to be mailed at the expense of Patch and Exchangeco.

If USCo, CallCo or AcquisitionCo shall fail to cause such notice to be mailed within 10 days after acceptance of appointment by the successor trustee, the successor trustee shall cause such notice to be mailed at the expense of USCo, CallCo and AcquisitionCo.

If RG or Canco shall fail to cause such notice to be mailed within 10 days after acceptance of appointment by the successor trustee, the successor trustee shall cause such notice to be mailed at the expense of RG and Canco.

If ParentCo or the Corporation shall fail to cause such notice to be mailed within 10 days after acceptance of appointment by the successor trustee, the successor trustee shall cause such notice to be mailed at the expense of ParentCo and the Corporation.
