Notice of Successor Trustee. Upon acceptance of appointment by a successor trustee as provided herein, US Gold, Callco and Exchangeco shall cause to be mailed notice of the succession of such trustee hereunder to each Beneficiary specified in a List. If US Gold, Callco or Exchangeco shall fail to cause such notice to be mailed within 10 days after acceptance of appointment by the successor trustee, the successor trustee shall cause such notice to be mailed at the expense of US Gold, Callco and Exchangeco ARTICLE 10 US GOLD SUCCESSORS
