Upon acceptance of appointment definition

Upon acceptance of appointment by a successor Owner Trustee pursuant to this Section, the Administrator shall mail notice thereof to the Equity Certificateholder, the Indenture Trustee, the Noteholders and each Rating Agency. If the Administrator shall fail to mail such notice within 10 days after acceptance of appointment by the successor Owner Trustee, the successor Owner Trustee shall cause such notice to be mailed at the expense of the Trust Depositor. Any successor Owner Trustee appointed pursuant to this Section 10.03 shall file an amendment to the Certificate of Trust with the Delaware Secretary of State identifying the name and principal place of business of such successor in the State of Delaware.
Upon acceptance of appointment by a successor trustee as provided in this Section 8.08, the Master Servicer shall mail notice of the succession of such trustee hereunder to (i) all Certificateholders at their addresses as shown in the Certificate Register and (ii) the Rating Agencies. If the Master Servicer fails to mail such notice within ten days after acceptance of appointment by the successor trustee, the successor trustee shall cause such notice to be mailed.
Upon acceptance of appointment by a successor Trustee as provided in this Section 5.10, the Issuer shall mail notice thereof by first-class mail to the holders of Securities at their last addresses as they shall appear in the Security register. If the acceptance of appointment is substantially contemporaneous with the resignation, then the notice called for by the preceding sentence may be combined with the notice called for by Section 5.9. If the Issuer fails to mail such notice within 10 days after acceptance of appointment by the successor trustee, the successor Trustee shall cause such notice to be mailed at the expense of the Issuer.
