Common use of Notice of Successor Trustee Clause in Contracts

Notice of Successor Trustee. Upon acceptance of appointment by a successor trustee as provided herein, Holdings and the Partnership shall cause to be mailed notice of the succession of such trustee hereunder to each Beneficiary specified in a List. If Holdings or the Partnership shall fail to cause such notice to be mailed within 10 days after acceptance of appointment by the successor trustee, the successor trustee shall cause such notice to be mailed at the expense of Holdings and the Partnership.
